Owner-led
One phone number. The person who pitches the work is the person who writes the code. No agency middle layer.
How we work
Every engagement runs through the same shape so you know what you are buying. Conversation, scope sketch, build, hand-off.
The shape
Phase 1
A 60-minute call to understand what you are building, what you have already tried, what the deadline looks like. No charge. End of the call: an honest yes-or-no on whether NETLCO is the right team for the job.
Phase 2
A one-page document with the architecture, the price, the timeline, and the assumptions. Either fixed-bid for well-defined work, or phased with a hard checkpoint at the end of each phase. You sign off before any code is written.
Phase 3
Production deploys from day one. Every Friday: a working surface you can use, a screen-recorded walkthrough, a Loom answer to any question you raised that week. Source of truth is your GitHub. Infrastructure ships into your Azure tenant.
Phase 4
Documentation a future engineer can read without us. Runbook for the deploy pipeline, the Terraform state, the secrets policy. Optional ongoing retainer for evolution after the original build is shipped.
Constants
One phone number. The person who pitches the work is the person who writes the code. No agency middle layer.
No "we will deploy at the end". The first commit lands in a real Azure environment with monitoring, logs, and a deploy pipeline.
Every architectural decision is in a commit, a Terraform plan, or a one-page doc you can read. No black boxes.
The code, the infrastructure, the data, the secrets. You own them outright at the end of the engagement.
Tell us what you are building. The next message you get from us is a calendar link for the conversation.
