How we handle the information you give us.

Short version: only what is needed to reply, kept only as long as it is useful, deleted on request.

  1. What we collect

    When you submit the lead form, NETLCO receives the name, work email, company, optional timeline indicator, and the message body you sent. When you email or call directly, we keep that exchange in the contact inbox. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

  2. How we use it

    Replying to your inquiry. Scoping a potential engagement. Following up if the timing was wrong the first time. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.

  3. How long we keep it

    Open inquiries are kept in the contact inbox indefinitely. If you ask to be removed, the corresponding records are deleted within 14 days.

  4. Your rights

    You can ask for a copy of the data NETLCO holds on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email stephen@netlco.com to make any of these requests.

  5. Where this data sits

    Form submissions and emails are stored in the NETLCO Microsoft 365 tenant on Microsoft-managed infrastructure. The site itself is hosted on Microsoft Azure Container Apps with Cloudflare in front.
